Keys to seeking Inner PEACE

Self Happiness

to think, to feel, to fall. these are normal traits of the animal kingdom. Happens more than once. these are emotions that we all interact with experiences and people around us.

Happiness is such a simple thing we all desire, yet seems far out of reach. Something everyone of us thinks and wants day in day out.
Have you ever been so happy that a complete stranger asks you "why the hell are you smiley and so happy?" in a public place. Then your inner peace was beaming on your face and eyes despite the existence of maybe a bad environment around you.

Imagine been in line at the bank or held in a traffic jam or your flight delayed/cancelled. Or something unexpected happening to you and your mood is forced to change. How do you react to such inconvenient and perhaps horrible incidents around you? When everyone in such places gets angry or looks miserable? How do you find your inner happiness and stay calm?

1. Learn to listen to your inner voice and heart

We generally have to make difficult decisions on a daily basis, in our personal lives and in business. So we have to learn to listen to your inner voice and heart. While opinions and recommendations from your friends and family may be made with good intentions, you, not them, know deep down what’s going to make you happy. In the end, it’s your decisions, not anyone else’s, that will lead you to have  a peaceful mind.

3. Imagine the BEST

If you want something in life, the first step is to imagine and picture it. You  can't achieve a goal that you can’t see yourself reaching it. It doesn’t matter what goal you are pursuing in life: a complete career change, personal relationship,a business goal or materialistic object or anything you want to attain. First you have to have the courage to envision those goals happening and believe in yourself. The thing is lot of people don’t do this because they don’t want to set themselves up for disappointment in the end. That fear keeps them not pursuing and realizing their dreams.

3. Make time for the things and people you really love

Time is our most valuable asset, and none of us can buy more of it at all. The thing we can do, though, is make sure that we put time aside for the things and people we love most. Make time for your hobbies, interests and personal escapes that bring you joy, smiles and make time for those people in your life that you hold close to your heart. Those who really matter to you in any way. You will find your inner peace after realizing that your time is more valuable than any materialistic possession or amount of wealth that you own.

4. Be with other happy people

Relationships in our personal and professional lives fail when there is a toxic individual or individuals in the equation. Instead of balancing the equation, they break or spoil the already balanced one. Therefore, put yourself together with someone that makes you smile and laugh in your personal life, and build your business with people that are also joyful individuals. Joy and happiness is contagious across all boards, but so is toxicity, so be wise when deciding whom you surround yourself with.

5. Say what you mean. Mean what you say.

Have you ever found yourself making lame excuses in order to avoid unwanted/weird situations? You are not alone with this one.
Like, when one of your friends invites you for a social activity and you don't want to go, you say things like "I'm busy" or "I'm not feeling well". And many other excuses you make just to avoid going to that activity with your friend.

It's not that you can't go that activity but the reality is that you have chosen not go. But do you know that excuse you made creates a stir in your inner heart and takes a lot of energy. The energy of thinking about excuses and avoiding your friend and lying when you meet again in another place.

So when you want to make a decision or say something, make the effort to say what you really mean and show that meant it in your subsequent actions.

Put an effort to make a conscious commitment to mean all that you say and make not empty promises and excuses that you can't and won't intend to fulfill.

Conclusion:

The above ways of finding your inner peace might seem hard at first, but if you carefully implement in your day-to-day routines and interactions with others around you, then you will see the kind of peace of mind you will enjoy. You might not follow these all the time. Let it go at those times. But make the effort to do it again.

I hope all goes perfect for you and you have a quiet and peaceful mind.
